Founder’s Story

Thomas Wouters

After navigating my own business challenges, including crises and growth periods, I understand the urgency and precision required to resolve issues.

The name Delta Wolf Solutions reflects both my approach and my journey. Delta signifies transformation, but it also pays homage to Delta Force—a highly skilled unit known for precision, adaptability, and results. As a one-man "special operations team" for businesses, I bring the same focus and efficiency to tackling complex challenges. Wolf represents agility, leadership, and the ability to collaborate when needed—qualities that guide how I operate. Together, they embody my philosophy: bold, dynamic, and unafraid to address the toughest problems.

My mission is simple: provide high-impact Solutions that drive your business forward.

GENERAL FOUNDATION

Started working at 15 with jobs ranging from a newspaper route and waiting tables to roles in banking and insurance. Later pursued a Master of Applied Economics at the University of Antwerp, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2002. These experiences built a strong work ethic, setting the stage for a successful career trajectory.

2005

EARLY CAREER MILESTONES

Junior Auditor at PwC & Financial Analyst at Millicom International. Began in audit and analysis roles, gaining valuable exposure to international markets and developing skills in financial control and ERP implementation.

2008

MBA ACHIEVEMENT

Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Earned an MBA with #1 ranking on the Dean’s Honors List, broadening expertise in general management and preparing for higher leadership roles.

2009

CONSULTING

Joined Boston Consulting Group, where I supported high-stakes projects, including post-merger integration for large financial institutions. Built experience in strategic consulting and cross-functional project coordination.

2012

ENTREPRENEURIAL LEAP

Acquisition of Climatisatie & Sanitair. Took a bold step into entrepreneurship, leading a construction business from €600K to €2.5M in revenue. Scaled the team to 30 FTEs, overseeing rapid growth and operations.

2018

SETBACK AND RESILIENCE

Faced a major setback with the business’s & personal bankruptcy in 2018. A humbling experience, it reshaped my approach to risk management and resilience in business.

2019

INTERIM EXPERTISE

Rebounded by providing interim management and strategic finance support to clients like Nike, McKinsey and Unit-T. Specialized in financial process automation and project management for high-stakes engagements.

2024

DELTA WOLF SOLUTIONS

Founding a new approach to on-demand crisis management to offer flexible, cross-functional problem-solving services for urgent business needs, bringing years of expertise in finance, operations, and strategy directly to clients without long-term commitments.
