What exactly do you do?
I solve business problems quickly and efficiently. I work on a flexible basis, comparable to the concept of flexi-jobs: I’m available when my help is needed and only for as long as there is real work to be done.

Do you work Full-Time or Part-Time for your clients?
Neither. I work Flex-Time: I’m available whenever you need me, and only for as long as a specific problem needs to be solved.
What kind of problems do you solve?
From financial optimization to project management, IT issues, and strategic challenges such as acquisitions and integrations. I focus on practical, direct solutions, enabled by my diverse experience across different sectors and projects.
What if I can’t exactly define the problem?
No problem! I help you clarify the issue. Together, we analyze the situation and quickly determine what’s needed to arrive at a solution.
How quickly are you available?
In principle, I can be available within 24 hours, sometimes even the same day (evening). This quick response time is possible because I don’t work full-time for one client, allowing me to remain flexible and ready to tackle urgent problems.
Can we engage in Long-Term collaborations?
Yes, I can work perfectly well in long-term collaborations, but always on a project basis and only when there’s a specific problem or challenge to be addressed.

How is your approach different from Interim Management?
I don’t take on day-to-day tasks or work full-time at a company. I’m brought in to address specific problems and provide solutions without taking on a long-term role in daily operations.

How do you invoice your work?
I invoice transparently on an hourly basis. If desired, I can also offer a project price, depending on the specific assignment.
What makes your approach unique?
I work completely flexibly and don’t require a retainer. You only pay for the time I work, without a fixed-term or indefinite contract. Everything is documented in concise terms and conditions and an “Engagement Letter,” which covers aspects such as the hourly rate and confidentiality. Nothing more, nothing less.
What if your schedule is full, can you still help?
I only take on assignments that I can deliver within the agreed timeframe. If my schedule is full, I communicate this transparently and think along to find a solution, such as recommending someone from my network of trusted experts.
